**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Mechanic to perform mechanical repairs on conveyor, bottling, and packaging systems. This role involves motor changes, troubleshooting and diagnosing faults, changing drives and belts, gearboxes, and preventative maintenance. The primary responsibility is fielding service calls to diagnose and troubleshoot issues such as machine stoppages, changing bad cylinders, fixing photo eyes, and replacing chains. Preventative maintenance is performed during a 2-3 hour 'cleaning window' every 1-2 days.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform mechanical repairs on conveyor, bottling, and packaging systems.
+ Conduct motor changes, troubleshooting, and diagnose faults.
+ Change drives and belts, gearboxes, and perform preventative maintenance.
+ Field service calls throughout the facility to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
+ Fix stoppages of machines/conveyors, change bad cylinders, fix photo eyes, and replace chains.
+ Perform preventative maintenance during the 2-3 hour 'cleaning window' every 1-2 days.

**Work Environment**
Work in a standard food environment with cold conditions throughout most of the facility, but not unbearable. Enjoy working in a very organized facility with significant investments in new conveyor systems, blow molding lines, packaging lines, and more over the last five years.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Little Rock, Arkansas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00
