Maintenance Mechanic

Description of the role:
The Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and machines in order to ensure smooth operations at Community Wellness Partners in Clinton, New York.
Responsibilities:
+ Performing regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on equipment and machines
+ Troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical issues
+ Ordering and replacing parts as needed
+ Implementing preventive maintenance measures
+ Following safety protocols and ensuring compliance with regulations
Requirements:
+ Strong working knowledge of mechanical systems, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Flooring, and Ground.
+ Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals and blueprints
+ Ability to work independently and problem-solve
+ Good physical stamina and hand-eye coordination
+ Ability to work in hot & cold, sit, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, walk, lift 50+lb.
+ Able to help with snow removal.
+ Work around elderly.
+ High school diploma or equivalent. Clean valid driver's license, some personal hand tools.
