**Maintenance Manager**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Supervising and leading all maintenance processes and operations with an eye toward excellence and efficiency. Your leadership will be pivotal in driving flawless maintenance standards.
+ Tracking expenses and coordinating the budget for maintenance with precision, ensuring that all financial aspects are strictly managed to support the department's success.
+ Maintaining all machinery to ensure it functions at outstanding working standards, contributing to our reputation for world-class operations.
+ Crafting and implementing maintenance procedures that set the benchmark for industry practices, ensuring all processes are streamlined and effective.
+ Conducting regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems promptly, maintaining a proactive approach to facility management.
+ Planning and managing all repair and installation activities, demonstrating your ability to determine the best course of action and successfully implement solutions.
+ Ensuring all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures, encouraging a safe and secure environment for all employees.
+ Assigning repair schedules and evaluating repair cost estimates to optimize operations and ensure timely completion of all tasks.
+ Detailing and preparing daily progress reports and maintenance logs to provide clear and actionable insights into maintenance activities.
+ Coordinating equipment stock and placing orders for new supplies when necessary, maintaining seamless operations and ensuring no downtime due to equipment shortages.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, facility management, or a similar field is preferred, reflecting a strong educational foundation suitable for this role.
+ Proficient in English/Spanish to support clear and effective communication across our diverse teams and collaborators.
+ A minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance, showcasing a proven track record of success in similar roles.
+ Previous managerial experience, demonstrating your ability to lead teams and manage complex maintenance operations.
+ Strong knowledge of facilities machines and equipment, ensuring you are equipped to handle the intricacies of our maintenance needs.
+ Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, allowing you to guide your team to achieve ambitious goals.
+ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring you can collaborate effectively with colleagues and partners at all levels.
