Responsibilities:

Manages and directs all technical team members for facility, machine, and electrical maintenanceCoordinates with the production and quality departments to address all quality and equipment related issuesConsults, provides guidance, and directs all engineering personnel on projectsConsults, provides guidance, and directs outside contractors with new installations of production equipment, facility improvements, and infrastructure equipmentEnsures Preventative Maintenance is followed on all equipment per all OEM recommendationsPlan and Execute projects as assigned, identify needed resources, costs, timeline, and expected resultsSupport Continuous improvement of the process and quality of product through development of the process, tooling and equipmentWork to maintain and improve efficiencies on the production floorSupport and utilize corporate engineering in the launch of new products and materials through the development of processes and toolingMay be assigned to special projects to support plant goalsAvailable to support 24/7 engineering coverage for the operationPromote and maintain a safe, clean work environmentAssist other employees as needed. Foster a team environmentTrain others on proper troubleshooting of equipment and process issuesUtilize root cause analysis to address process and quality issuesAccountable for personal adherence to all applicable Safety, GMP, Food Safety and Plant Policies Utilizing engineering principles and knowledge to effectively troubleshoot equipment and process issuesAbility to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization (written and verbal).Good leadership skills and ability to systematically troubleshoot.Highly organized an able to work independentlyOther duties as assigned Qualifications

Qualifications:

S in Engineering Discipline (PET, IET, EE, ME)Read, write and speak English3+ years in Facility & Machine Maintenance3+ years in Supervisory & Leadership rolesExperience with Facility/Building Systems including: Chillers, Air Compressors, Cooling Towers, Pumps, HVAC etc.Experience with Integrated Preventative Maintenance and Work Order Software: JDE and/or a similar CMMS experience requiredExperience in Capital Planning including Machine Installation and AutomationExperience with Contractor ManagementTPM Systems/methodologyExperience with Building FacilitiesKnowledge of Electrical Distribution (480v 3 phase)
