Maintenance Manager

\n\t\t\t\t\t

• Our Maintenance Manager must adhere to all plant and corporate safety rules, procedures, and guidelines.\n• Reports all safety concerns or issues to their immediate supervisor.\n• Set an example for all members of their team by always adhering to all safety protocols.\n• An expert in your field, you and other team members will be responsible for the flawless execution of multiple jobs for well-known brands.\n• Provides long-range planning for the facility and equipment needs including capital and major repairs.\n• Develops and implements and oversees predictive, preventative, and corrective maintenance programs.\n• Uses other maintenance disciplines in the development and application of root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment and processes.\n• Coaches and develops training plans for all maintenance technicians.\n• Responsible for the management of all equipment, site, and facility maintenance and utilities.\n• Manage plant-wide maintenance and capital program maximizing asset reliability, uptime, and cost effectiveness with available resources.\n• Works closely to communicate with the operational leaders in the plant and leadership team.\n• Provide direct supervision, technical direction, administrative management, and leadership in maintenance for the department.\n• Contractor relations – Fabricators, HVAC, Machine Shop, Roofing, Gearboxes, OEM relations.\n• Oversee and manage the storeroom.\n• Provides long-range planning for the facility and equipment needs including capital and major repairs.\n• Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.\n• Suggests changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.\n• Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.\n• Maintains time and production records.\n• Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.\n• Performs activities of workers supervised.\n• Maintains waste program and records in compliance with OSHA & DHEC requirements.\n• Daily review of month-to-date spend including open purchase orders and expected receipt dates and be able to forecast monthly spending.
