Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:

Implement and drive the preventative maintenance program.Perform the role in a hands-on manner by undertaking any repairs and maintenance as required.Supervision of (but not limited to) electrical, mechanical, pest control, cleaning, fire protection, security control systems, hydraulic services and approved contractor works.Stock control, supplier management.Quoting, scheduling and managing of Capex Requests

 

 

QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar leadership role Trade qualification in mechanical or building services preferred (or desire to attain)Experience in computerised maintenance systems, Building Management Systems and fire preventative requirementsPrevious hotel experience advantageousStrong communication and people skillsOrganisational skills and an ability to effectively plan and prioritiseFlexibility to be on call for out of hours engineering issuesHighly responsible and reliable.
