Delaware North Parks and Resorts is searching for a Maintenance Manager to join our team at Squire Resort at Grand Canyon in Tusayan, Arizona. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the operation of building maintenance and facility services while effectively managing team members.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $68,300 – $92,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Oversee the operation of all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, services, and equipment Perform carpentry, painting, and other maintenance needs Train team members on department policies and procedures to ensure a safe, effective work environment Ensure all paperwork, work orders, reports, and logs are completed and maintained Participate in fire prevention and other safety programs More about you Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a team Experience with machinery, metalworking, landscaping, and locksmith duties Must have a general knowledge of the use of simple equipment used in building trades Must possess a valid driver’s license No degree required Physical requirements Manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools and paint Ability to stand, crouch, and climb ladders to perform repairs Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Exposure to outdoor weather conditions in all seasons Shift details
