Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities Include:
Implement and drive the preventative maintenance program.Perform the role in a hands-on manner by undertaking any repairs and maintenance as required.Supervision of (but not limited to) electrical, mechanical, pest control, cleaning, fire protection, security control systems, hydraulic services and approved contractor works.Stock control, supplier management.Quoting, scheduling and managing of Capex Requests
Qualifications
The successful applicant will have:
Previous hands-on Maintenance/Facilities Management experience, preferably in a Resort environment;Proven ability to manage and develop team members;Experience implementing a preventative maintenance program;Experience organising, consulting and negotiating with Contractors;Sound MS Office skills (including Excel spreadsheets and word documents)A passion for delivering exceptional, pro-active service;Excellent interpersonal and communications combined with impeccable presentation
