Job Description

We are looking for a new colleague in our maintenance team. This position will be located in Egües (Pamplona) and will report to the Manufacturing & Plant Engineering Manager. People of all genders are encouraged to participate in the selection process.

 

What you can look forward to as Maintenance Manager:

Creating maintenance schedules and delegating tasks to team members Conducting site inspections and identifying areas requiring extra maintenance work Supervising maintenance workers and ensuring they follow site work practices Performing minor on-site repairs Scheduling contractors for major repairs as required Discussing maintenance concerns to define solutions Staying on-call and responding to emergency maintenance needs and coordinating work performed by outside vendors Developing maintenance budgets and controlling and monitoring inventory

 

Your profile as Maintenance Manager:

Higher degree in electromechanical engineering or equivalent Demonstrable experience as a maintenance manager or other management position (2 years) Experience in planning maintenance operations Solid Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems Interpersonal and communication skills Leadership and organizational skills Fluent Spanish skills and A1-B2 English skills
