The maintenance manager will lead, train and manage our small team here at Puckrup Hall responsible for maintenance issues within the hotel to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while performing daily checks, repairing equipment, working on fire, life and safety issues and deputising for the maintenance manager. It’s a very ‘Hands on’ role and no day is ever different in this department.

What will I be doing?
As a maintenance manager, you are responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel, daily maintenance checks, and repairing equipment to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Maintenance Manager will also be required to lead the team to coordinate special projects and work on emergency programs. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards
\n\n\nResponsible for maintenance issues within the hotel\nPerform daily checks around the hotel\nDiagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotel\nEnsure good relationships are built with internal and external customers\nMaintenance of all hotel fixtures and fittings to ensure they are in safe condition and take action when any unsafe situations arise\nImplement and manage our Lightstay energy conservation program for the property to minimize expenses \nPerform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned\nResponsible for the health and safety of the hotel\nEnsure monthly safety inspections take place and employees are trained accordingly\n\n
