Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Job Description

Manage a team of 8 Technicians across 3 shifts. Assist with equipment breakdowns and troubleshooting for escalation. Set expectations and conduct performance reviews. Implement predictive and preventive maintenance schedules. Monitor spare part inventories. Utilize CMMS. Prepare and analyze reports. Implement the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Program.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Springfield, Kentucky.

Work Environment

Large automotive stamping facility with fabrication and paint processes. They produce body parts and sunroof frames mostly. Large service program servicing body parts for Toyota North American plants. Highly automated with robots. Will require time on the floor assisting and leading the team.
