SUMMARY:
Manage plant-wide maintenance and capital program maximizing asset reliability, uptime, and cost effectiveness with available resources.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provides long-range planning for the facility and equipment needs including capital and major repairs.
Develops and implements and oversees predictive, preventative and corrective maintenance programs.
Uses other maintenance disciplines in the development and application of reliability engineering, root-cause analysis and troubleshooting of equipment and processes.
Coaches and develops training plans for all maintenance technicians.
Supervises Maintenance Manager, Storeroom, and Planner functions.
Responsible for the management of all equipment, site, and facility maintenance and utilities
Manage plant-wide maintenance and capital program maximizing asset reliability, uptime, and cost effectiveness with available resources
Consolidation of Business Unit Results with supporting explanations
Trained or knowledge of SQF prerequisites including GMP, Food Defense, etc.
Responsible for the development, implementation, review, maintenance, communications of SQF 2000 policies as designated by the SQF practitioner.
Participate in annual plant review of Safe Quality Foods (SQF) system and internal audit /schedule.
Coordination of SQF type Root Cause/ Corrective Actions activities
Validation and Verification of SQF controls with determined frequency/schedule.
This position has full responsibility for the development and maintenance of SQF related documents and records as designated by the SQF practitioner.
Other duties as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
5-10 years maintenance experience including:
Computer Maintenance Management Systems use and implementation (preferably SAP)
Planning and Scheduling
Lead Preventative/Predicative/Precision Maintenance
Central Stores Management
Reliability Engineering
Review SAP Notifications (Original and Feedback) for Reliability Improvement opportunities
Lead implementation of Maintenance Plans for Preventive Maintenance Routes
Track record of improving processes and goal achievement
Oral and written communication skills
BS degree from a 4 year institution in engineering or related skill
Skills to follow-up on assignments.
Reliability Engineering experience desirable.
Supervisory Experience required
Pay Range: $97,460.00 - $129,910.00
