Responsibilities:

Ensuring maintenance budgets are adhered to To implement a cost reduction strategy in regard to optimizing maintenance costs Ensuring that no unplanned down time is experienced in the manufacturing plant Implementation and maintenance of a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan for plant support equipment and facilities That technical development is continuous and ensuring that all the latest technologies and developments are researched and investigated 

Requirements: 

Grade 12 Qualification is essential  Health and safety qualification or experience Electrical Qualification Must be Computer Management or supervisor exp Project manager exp Must have a Drivers Licence Must have knowledge and understanding of budgets Must have experience Lean Manufacturing Must have experience in factory or plant maintenance
