The Maintenance Instructor delivers exceptional ground and/or practical instruction in accordance with FlightSafety Training principles and applicable regulations.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Conduct maintenance ground and/or practical training for clients receiving core or specialty training courses. Develop and prepare training materials that support training delivery to meet the client needs in accordance with the applicable curriculum. Evaluate and measure trainee progress and recommend for additional training, if required. Complete accurate training records specific to each client, aiding their success in achieving the requested objective(s). Identify client training issues and seek assistance prior to execution. Maintain Instructor qualifications in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Évaluer et mesurer les progrès des stagiaires et recommander une formation supplémentaire, si nécessaire. Remplir des dossiers de formation précis et spécifiques à chaque client, contribuant ainsi à sa réussite dans la réalisation des objectifs demandés. Minimum Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Airframe and Powerplant license/certification Minimum of 3 years of hands-on aircraft experience.  Experience with Falcon business jets preferred but not required. EASA Part 145 Release to Service Authorization on Falcon business jets preferred but not required. Bilingual French and English, minimum level B1
