Work where you matter.** **A Brief Overview** Performs assigned maintenance and housekeeping functions for the facilities. **What you will do** + Maintain floor care which may include stripping wax or refinishing hard surfaces and shampooing carpet floors. + Move furniture and/or equipment when requested. + Collects trash and disposal. + Replenish supplies. + Clean and change filters on heating and cooling units. + Perform routine and/or unscheduled maintenance and repair of facility plumbing, painting, or other maintenance tasks as directed. + Perform routine maintenance on grounds as necessary and directed to include replacement of light bulbs. **Essential Qualifications** The individual must be able to work the hours specified.
