Our client, Harsco Rail is seeking a Maintenance Helper at $22.70 to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety.

 

Job Title: Maintenance Helper

Location: Ludington, MI

Pay Range: $22.70 an hour

 

What’s the Job?

Applicant must have the ability to learn the assembly and functions of the various machines and have ability to assemble from prints and sketches.   Must be in good health and physically fit to withstand outside work in all weather and work under and on top of the various machines, etc.  The Company will require physical exams where deemed necessary.  The flexibility of being able to move inventory, if needed. Applicant must be capable of working from complicated wiring diagrams for assembling cable assemblies and electrical subassemblies.  Working knowledge of soldering procedures for quality products. Requires ability to trouble shoot from wiring diagrams to determine wiring error component failure.  Must have electrical background or experience and/or mechanical experience or background.

 

What’s Needed?

 • High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years hands on training in Electrical or Electronics and/or Mechanical
