Requirements:
Proven experience in maintenance, handyman, or technical roles. Proficiency in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and general repairs. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical ability to perform manual tasks and lift heavy objects. Valid driver’s license and reliable transport. Strong communication and time management skills. Qualifications:
Technical certification or relevant trade qualification is an advantage. Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
