Job Responsibilities:
Installation, configuration, maintenance and repair of field, newsgathering, and media production systems, ensuring reliability of technology and operations.Support of remote sites including microwave, remote camera and transmitter plants.Develop and maintain system documentation for operational and troubleshooting purposes.Provide efficient and effective technical support, incident response, and customer communication, ensuring appropriate utilization of NBCU service delivery platforms.Ensure compliance with NBCUniversal cyber security policies and standards.All other duties as assigned.Required onsite. This position is required to be performed full time onsite from an NBCUniversal designated work site.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, radio, television & film, related fields or equivalent experience.Skills & Experience we are looking for:
