Job Description:

Seeking Engineer/HVAC!Full-time, 7:00am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday, on call weekly rotation

Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area

To perform a variety of both general and technical maintenance tasks including performing preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance on a variety of hospital medical equipment according to established procedures.  Inspects, calibrates, adjusts, lubricates and repairs or replaces components and documents services rendered in a timely manner and according to professional standards.  This equipment and systems shall include, but are not limited to, Air Handlers, exhaust fans, condensers, and Mini Splits.

Qualifications: 

High school diploma or equivalent At least five (5) years’ experience in general maintenance or formal trade school equivalentValid driver's license with good driving recordLicensed HVAC TechnicianEPA Certified to handle FreonHealthcare facility maintenance experience preferredWe offer competitive salaries and excellent benefits.  We are conveniently located 10 minutes from downtown Louisville at 1850 State Street, New Albany, IN 47150.
