Job Description

Taking Preventive action to minimise the downtime and improve the machine availability and improve Maintenance KPI.

• Expert in PLC programming in various scripts in Various brands (Siemens, Allen Bradly, Omron.)

•  Knowledge on Lab view and Scada programming skills.

•  Hands On experience in different communication protocols.

•  Knowledge on UR Cobot programming and trouble shooting.

•  Development of control circuit as per process required.

•  Expert on troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of production equipment / UR Cobot.

•  Planning and execution of Preventive maintenance as per schedule

•  Spare parts management

Qualifications

Diploma / BE in E&C and Mechanical

• Planning and performing the preventive Maintenance activities

• Working on TPM activities towards production machines

• Why Why analysis for repetitive breakdown

• Updating of Maintenance document as per IATF and ESH

• Knowledge on MS office
