Maintenance Engineer
Maintenance Engineer Job Description **What is the job about?** In this position, you willapply subject matter knowledge and demonstrate technical/business insight. Working within a unit and/or across functional areas with limited supervision will also be among the main tasks. **Your main responsibilities** : + Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems from the product line/process to minimize reject levels and improve productivity. + Repair and maintenance of production line and equipment and train the maintenance team. + Diagnosis, repair and documentation of electrical, mechanical faults during production and make long term action plan for improvement. + Make suggestions that improve the efficiency and quality of the process. + Organize external maintenance according to needs and schedule. + Make sure competencies in operations are on the right level for technicians. + Monitoring the technical condition of the machine group(s) and prepare improvement / investment strategy. + Planning and execution of improvement and maintenance projects. + Responsible for planned maintenance, planning and execution. + Substitution of Maintenance Supervisor. + Follow the company Code of Conduct, develop and maintain the goodwill and reputation of the company. **Your background** : We imagine that you have: + Master’s / Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience + Experience driving developed processes within Manufacturing Engineering + Ability to lead processes or projects. + Ability to lead a business process within Manufacturing Engineering + Most likely to have 2-3 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education + Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Manufacturing Engineering + Strong ability influence others. + Possess a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable, for the area Manufacturing Engineering. + English proficiency + Ability to cooperate and work in teams **What’s in it for you?** What are your goals?
