Supervises the daily activities of Maintenance Supervisors within a single department on multiple shifts to ensure the effective, timely provision of quality services. Generally, the role holder will be responsible for two or more supervisors and a mid-large sized team of Technicians. Operations are of mid-level complexity (e.g. higher technology), normally requiring some more complicated maintenance/repair.Job purposeIn order to ensure the stable operation of the plant production line equipment, quickly solve equipment and facility failures, and reduce downtime of production lines.Principle accountabilities

a. Execute, supervise, and track all maintenance activities:

Responsible for production line maintenance (electrical & mechanical) including implement PM& PdM , equipment and troubleshooting & diagnostic , correction and improvement.Responsible spare parts purchasing and support spare parts management.Responsible for maintenance planning, supervise and optimize maintenance plan.Reduce unplanned shutdown time, training and coaching for maintenance technician.Lead the equipment downtime RCA analysis, tracking and follow up pending issue.Prepare monthly performance report and participate sector maintenance meeting for presentation and sharingResponsible for daily scheduling and performance evaluation of maintenance technicians.

b. Participate in maintenance related project

Support new project implementation including project apply, site installation and commissioning.Organize and implement maintenance related technical improvement projects.

c. Responsible for developing or updating relevant system documents for the maintenance department.

d. Maintenance safety and risk assessment

Responsible for external sub-contractor management including EHS, quality, risk assessment and coordination.Responsible for guiding maintenance team members in risk assessment and safety related requirements for maintenance operations

e. Dominate the continuous improvement equipment reliability, safety and quality.

Qualifications/ knowledge/ experience

Bachelor degree or above of engineering in (discipline: electrical, automation, mechanical)5 years field work experience in production line maintenance with strong reliability and EHS senseFamiliar with MS office software (Word, Excel, Power point), Auto CAD etc.Familiar with PLC, HMI, Drive in programming and troubleshooting. (Prefer Mitsubishi, Siemens).Good writing and oral English skills.Familiar with ABB robot system in maintenance, programming, and optimization.
