Maintenance Engineer
**Job Title: Maintenance Engineer** **Job Description** The Facilities Technician is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of all facilities within a geographical region. This position will perform general building maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, HVAC, refrigeration, and appliance repair. The Facilities Technician will work alongside the Facilities Department leaders to maintain the aesthetic of our stores and ensure all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. **Responsibilities** + Perform general building maintenance and repairs for assigned equipment and facilities. + Conduct plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, HVAC, refrigeration, and appliance repairs. + Work alongside the Facilities Department leaders to maintain the aesthetic of our stores. + Ensure all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in plumbing, facilities maintenance, and HVAC systems. + Skills in drywall, painting, and carpentry. + Experience with electrical systems and appliance repair. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as a Facilities Technician. + Relevant certifications in HVAC and plumbing. + Ability to perform painting and general maintenance tasks. **Why Work Here?** This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting and moving equipment, and working with tools and machinery. The work environment is fast-paced and requires flexibility to address urgent maintenance issues as they arise. The dress code is casual but professional, suitable for hands-on maintenance work. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of NA, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
