In this Hands-on position, you oversee day-to-day activities and personnel within your service area. The Building Services Coordinator/Maintenance Director will maintain the interior and exterior physical plant, equipment, and grounds. Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and develop housekeeping and building services staff. Purchase, account for, and track housekeeping and building services supplies and equipment.
