SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

\n\n5 - 10 years of experience in a similar position (maintenance coordinator)\nProficiency in the English language (90%)\nIndustrial, mechatronic, electromechanical or similar engineer\nProject management experience\nExperience in maintenance of automated equipment, electrical distribution, HVAC, industrial facilities, fire protection systems, etc.\n\n

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

\n\nPlan, manage and supervise the execution of equipment maintenance plans according to technical specifications of the equipment, in order to ensure the feasibility of execution.\nDevelop and implement autonomous maintenance on production lines in coordination and involvement of the production area.\nDevelop plans, monitoring and control of the main management indicators of the area, with a constant search to be more efficient.\nPromote the management of continuous improvement tools for the treatment of failures and breakdowns in operations\nControl the correct execution of the Quality System documents regarding Maintenance (Maintenance Procedure, list of equipment subject to\nMaintenance, Maintenance Plan, Inspection Sheet, Equipment Technical Sheets, PM GTI documents inherent to the Maintenance System ) managing information to achieve the area's objectives.\nDevelop and improve the management of control of materials, supplies and spare parts in the area, based on the company's objectives.\nGeneration and implementation of initiatives and improvement projects focused on savings related to the area.\nSupervise and guarantee compliance with the occupational health and safety management system in the development of the functions of your maintenance team.\n\n
