Based in Oradea, we are looking for a “Maintenance and Maintenance Planning Engineer” that helps us optimize and manage our maintenance activities.
What part will you play?
· Providing incident, preventive, predictive maintenance for machines and SDV.
· Defining, implementing and improving preventive maintenance plans.
· Providing technical expertise for the implementation of new means of manufacturing, changes and optimization within the existing processes and flow production.
· Downtime documentation, development and / or implementation of action plans to reduce the downtime and continuing concern for increasing the use of machinery and tools.
· Spare parts and material ordering; maintaining the inventory of spare parts and wear parts.
· Installing and of putting into operation of the new equipment and machines.
· Updating the existing equipment’s and add new ones in SAP.
· Uploads technical documentations in SAP.
· Trains the technicians any new activities in the department.
· Creates and reviews department specific procedures.
· Together with other departments participates at identifying spare and wear parts when needed.
· Participation in product and technology transfer projects.
· Implementation of action plans resulting from audits, assessment of suggestions for improvement.
What you need to make real what matters.
· Relevant experience in Maintenance Engineering, in Mechanics and Electro-Mechanics.
· Pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge;
· Capacity to work both independently and in teams.
· Organized, compelling and responsible person.
· Language knowledge: German and /or English – medium level.
· Good knowledge of MS Office.
· Innovations (digitalization, data analytics, process improvements) skills.
· Business trips to Germany are not a problem for you.
