Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all scheduled and breakdown maintenance activities across all DCs, ensuring minimal disruption to our fast-paced operations. Create and manage support, maintenance and automation budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations. Develop and lead a team of skilled technicians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Implement and manage advanced mechanical and conveyor automation systems to enhance efficiency and reliability. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance and automation.
Requirements:
Education: Degree in Mechatronics or a related field. Experience: At least 5 years of experience in mechanical and conveyor automation within logistics or a similar environment. Proven track record in people management, with the ability to lead and develop a diverse team. Electrical experience with single-phase and three-phase systems. Technical Skills: Proficiency in PLC programming (Siemens, Rockwell, and Beckhoff). Familiarity with high-level programming languages. Knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP and SSH. Additional Skills: Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to perform under pressure. Project management expertise. Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel up to 20% of the time
