Maintenance Manager
Key responsibilities include: 
People and production management: Ensuring the Cellar runs at optimum production rates Maintenance planning and management Maintenance Audits Record keeping of Health and Safety files, Job cards and ISO documentations related to Maintenance Budget control Educating and training the maintenance team on effluent water quality, Recycling and waste and saving water and electricity by implementing initiative ideas General maintenance on Buildings on the premises Managing and maintaining the water system at cellar and electrical meter Overseeing that maintenance personnel, service providers and contractors confirm to the company rules, Hygiene rules an requirements Project Management Requirements and skills required:
Knowledge in the following quality systems: HACCP, ISO 22 000 and SQA Relevant Experience  in Wine Production  or similar environment Tertiary qualification from an acknowledges institute advantageous
