As a Lead Solutions Analyst within the Corporate and Investment Bank Technology group, specifically as a part of the Global Funds Control team, you will be instrumental in steering the success of our technical program delivery. Your comprehensive knowledge of applications, platforms, and products will establish you as a crucial link between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Leveraging your advanced analytical reasoning and technical proficiency, you will convert intricate business requirements into well-organized and technically viable solutions. Job responsibilities

Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibilityElicit and document comprehensive business and data flow requirements by engaging with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure alignment and feasibilityTranslate complex business requirements into well-structured technical solutions, leveraging data analytics and technical knowledge to optimize system performance and scalabilityConduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities, providing actionable insights that support decision-making and key business initiativesDevelop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projectsModel the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructureUtilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiativesMentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement 

 Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, technical program delivery, or a related field5+ years of experience in business analysis3+ years experience in understanding Mainframe application code with COBOL, CICS, DB2, and JCLDemonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platformsAdvanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insightsProven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutionsStrong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projectsAdvanced knowledge of data fluency, including experience in handling large, diverse data sets and generating insights to drive business objectives
