Mailroom Coordinator (Part-time)

Job Overview:

 

As a Mailroom Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for performing duties to sort, prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, working within the limits of prescribed routines.

 

Your Responsibilities:

Mailroom Support Manage incoming correspondence and packages. Sort and prepare all incoming mail and packages for delivery Sort and prepare all outgoing mail and packages for delivery. Conduct inter-office and inter-departmental mail pick-up and distribution daily, as needed. Deliver paper supplies and other office supplies as needed. May provide additional clerical support for various departments as directed

 

Skills & Qualifications:

Practice and adhere to FirstService Residential Global Service Standards. Conduct business at all times with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules. Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies. May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines. Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work. Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management. Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigne High School diploma or equivalency preferred. Previous administrative experience preferred.

Additional Information

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am – 12:00pm or 12:00pm - 4:00pm

Compensation:  $18.00 per hour
