Job Description
The candidate must be customer-centric and able to provide exceptional customer service while remaining flexible with office support duties. The ideal candidate should work independently and thrive in a team environment. Daily responsibilities will include mailroom support services and hospitality services. The candidate will assist with processing incoming mail and packages and provide customer support within the office services environment.
ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional customer service and maintain flexibility with office support tasks.Work independently as well as in a team environment.Perform daily mailroom support services, including sorting and delivering mail.Assist with hospitality services as needed.Process incoming mail and packages efficiently.Provide customer support within the office services environment.Essential SkillsExperience with mailroom operations.Data entry skills.Proficiency in filing and scanning.Clerical skills.Ability to sort mail and packages accurately.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.Experience working in an office support environment.Work Environment
The work environment includes office support tasks without the need for driving. . The dress code is black polo and khaki pants. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
