Senior On-Site Services Specialist
Summary
Join our Mailroom team where you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients' experience through top-notch operations support. You will engage in various mailing tasks, ensuring seamless operations and client satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to appropriate departments and personnel. Prepare and send outgoing mail and packages, ensuring proper postage and labeling. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Operate and maintain mailroom equipment, such as postage meters, scanners, and printers. Assist with inventory management of mailroom supplies. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure the mailroom is clean, organized, and secure at all times. Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications Must Have:
High school diploma or GED, coupled with a minimum of one year of relevant work experience. Proficiency in basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite. Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.Qualifications Nice to Have:
Previous experience in a mailroom, production, delivery, or related fields.
