The Mail Specialist I processes mail for a centralized accounting processing center. This is an accounting support position in a fast-paced centralized accounting services environment providing financial services to community associations throughout North America.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

\n

\n\nReceive and open incoming mail \nSort incoming mail by specified criteria \nDistribute incoming mail by utilizing central department mailbox system \nReceive and process outgoing mail utilizing mail equipment \nMaintain mailing equipment \nMaintain inventory of mailing products \nMeet deadlines established by senior staff on the processing of incoming and outgoing mail \nProvide specific returned mail to designated departments for further research\nOccasional overtime may be required \nOccasional work on the weekend may be required\nOther duties as assigned \n\n Requirements

Knowledge and Skills:

\n

\n\nStrong organizational skills \nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment \nHigh attention to detail \nExperience in customer service \nComputer and internet proficient \n\n

Education:

\n\nHigh school diploma or GED \n0-2-year experience working in a mail department and/or fast paced mail processing department or center \n
