Scope of Responsibilities: Works under minimal supervision and follows standard procedures to accomplish assigned task.

 

Job Summary: Distribution of mail and supplies between the Post Office, Corporate Office, Distribution Center, and local Kinney Stores

Responsibilities

Job Duties:

Responsible for the distribution of US mail, store mail, supplies, saleable goods, pharmaceutical goods, and miscellaneous items between local locationsOrganization of mailroom and various storage areas.Maintain mailroom supplies, postage machines, copying machines, etc.Provide delivery and pick up services to and from local banks, DMV, etc.File and put away cash-up boxes.UPS deliveries.Prepare conference areas for meetings as needed.Maintain company-owned vehicle.Removal of recycled paper and garbage.Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs.Perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

 

 

Qualifications

 

Educational Requirements:

Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

 Experience:

Preferred: 1 or more years experience in mail handling and office work

Special Conditions of Employment:

Drug TestInitial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoringDriver’s License Verification

Compensation:

 

$17.00 - $18.00 an hour

 

The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
