Magnetizer Cleaner- B Shift
**Job purpose** This position is responsible for final processing of magnets received from our manufacturing floor. This can involve the following tasks: Cleaning and Visual inspection, Magnetizing, Calibration/Testing, and Packaging. **Duties and responsibilities** + Setup and operate the equipment per technical instructions. + Change machine fluids and clean machine and tanks per PM log. + Operate multiple machines at once. + Review Operation Sheet to assure all previous operations have been satisfactorily completed. + Sign off the operation sheet and note the quantity of good and bad pieces when the operation has been completed + Maintain part and identification during processing. + Properly identify nonconforming material. + Verify completed operations match blue prints. + Maintains tooling to perform at maximum efficiency. + Report any wear and tear. + Maintain an immaculate work environment and machine work area. + Follow company written policy and documented procedures. + Other duties as assigned **Qualifications** + Must possess as a minimum a High School Diploma or Equivalent. + Previous experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. + Experience handling fragile materials. + Experience in lean manufacturing environment is desired. + Experience operating within AS9100 (preferred) or ISO systems. + Great communication skills + Able to work in a small team setting. + Strong work ethic. **Working conditions** + May be exposed to industrial oils, toner, coolants, solvents, lubricants, adhesive and other chemicals. NOTE: All safety precautions will be used. + Plant wide climate control and air conditioning + Could work in areas with excessive noise. NOTE: Ear protection available. **Physical requirements** + Could require intermittent and long periods of sitting and/or standing. + Required to do repetitive work. + Periodic lifting of materials not to exceed 50 pounds. **Pay Details:** $16.00 to $19.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
