Over de functie

Als Technisch Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en programmeren van de shotpeen robot. Dit proces wordt gebruikt om metalen oppervlakken te versterken en de levensduur van luchtvaartcomponenten te verlengen. De functie vereist nauwkeurigheid en een gestructureerde werkwijze.

Werkzaamheden Instellen en bedienen van de shotpeen robot volgens werkinstructies. Controleren en inspecteren van de behandelde onderdelen. Registreren van procesgegevens en opstellen van rapportages. Signaleren en verhelpen van kleine storingen. Uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud. Samenwerken met collega’s binnen de productieomgeving. Functie-eisen MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een technische richting. Ervaring in een productieomgeving, bij voorkeur met CNC-machines of industriële robots. Affiniteit met precisiebewerking en procescontrole. Bekend met technische werkinstructies en kwaliteitscontroles. Basiskennis van Engels voor werkinstructies en rapportages. Nauwkeurigheid en zelfstandigheid in het uitvoeren van werkzaamheden. Wat wij bieden Marktconform salaris op basis van kennis en ervaring. 27 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen.
