As a Machinist Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will play a\ncrucial role in our manufacturing process by operating and maintaining various\nmachines to produce high-quality parts and components. You will work with a\nteam of skilled machinists and engineers to ensure the efficient and accurate\nproduction of parts. Your attention to detail, technical expertise, and\ncommitment to quality will be essential in meeting our production goals.

In this role, you will impact our manufacturing operations\nby:
- Setting up and operating machines such as lathes, milling\nmachines, and grinders to produce parts according to specifications
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and work\ninstructions to determine machining operations
- Inspecting finished parts to ensure they meet quality\nstandards and making adjustments as necessary
- Performing routine maintenance on machines to ensure\noptimal performance
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot and\nresolve any issues that arise during the machining process

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up and operate machines to produce parts according to\nspecifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work\ninstructions
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Perform routine maintenance on machines
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve\nissues

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machinist Level 2 or\nsimilar role


WE VALUE• Proficiency in operating machines such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Technical certification or diploma in machining or related\nfield
• Experience with CNC machining
• Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
