Operate basic equipment and machinery and perform routine tasksPerform operational tasks in accordance with established proceduresHelp maintain and repair equipment by preparing and providing assistanceFollow basic mandatory work instructions to protect the environment and the well-being of yourself and othersFollow simple and clear mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to required quality standards and/or to ensure compliance with external regulatory guidelines and internal codes of conductInterpret and use precision measuring equipment/instruments such as micrometers, dial indicators and depth gaugesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and geometric tolerancesWork with direction to understand policies and procedures while ensuring they align with organizational strategy and objectives

Preferred Experience / Skills

Proficiency in the use of Frank system three-axis and four-axis machine toolsAbility to read and write simple CNC G code programsAble to understand Chinese and English drawings, proficient in Chinese and English conversion3 years of machining experience operating a manual lathe, mill, or CNC lathe in a manufacturing or repair environmentGraduated from mechanical related professional technical school
