Ōnin Staffing is hiring Machine Operators and Entry-Level CNC Operators for a well-established metal component manufacturer. Whether you’ve worked with machines before or are just mechanically inclined and eager to learn, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a hands-on environment.

What You'll Do as a Machine Operator/Entry-Level CNC Operator:

Operate CNC machines and other production equipment (with training provided)Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet precise specificationsAdjust machines and change inserts as needed to maintain accuracyRecord work activity in a computer system and follow detailed instructionsCheck oil and coolant levels dailyStop production if a nonconforming product is found and notify your supervisor—you’ll be empowered to speak up and ensure quality!Keep your area clean, safe, and organizedFollow safety and changeover procedures

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Will Bring:

Previous CNC, machine operation, or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not requiredWillingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, hands-on environmentAbility to understand basic machine functions (we’ll train you!)Great attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibilityComfortable lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, moving, and working around machineryAbility to work overtime and flexible shifts if needed
