Are you a motivated individual with a knack for machinery and a drive for excellence? We are seeking a skilled Machine Setup/Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll set up and operate various manufacturing machines, ensuring smooth, efficient operations and high-quality output.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate manufacturing machinery with precision and care. Troubleshoot and resolve setup and operational issues independently. Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and meet production goals. Conduct routine checks to ensure equipment is in excellent working condition. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety standards.Temp-to-hire window:
Able for permanent placement after 540 hours
Requirements:
Successful candidates will have good attendance, great hand-eye coordination, solid communication, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and great dependability.
