Job DescriptionROLE OVERVIEW

Support Amcor Healthcare Packaging Oshkosh by operating machines to produce customer orders efficiently and to quality standards.

SCHEDULE OPTIONS

3rd Shift – 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM (Sunday - Friday)

COMPENSATION

$24.10 - $29.13/hour (based on experience)

+$2.00/hour night shift premium

WHAT YOU GET TO DO

Operate, set up, and maintain equipment to meet production schedules and quality standards

Document actions through set-up sheets and production logs

Troubleshoot and resolve production problems, ensuring process adjustments meet specifications

Perform preventive maintenance and request repairs as needed

Monitor and improve run conditions for efficiency

Handle materials and ensure continuity of machine operation

Maintain a safe, clean work environment while complying with procedures and regulations

Train to proficiently set up three out of eight machine groups, working towards mastery

Foster teamwork, positive workplace relationships, and contribute to team success

Ensure workplace safety through hazard identification, PPE compliance, and required training

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Six Sigma methodologies

WHAT WE VALUE

Strong mechanical/technical aptitude

Clear written and verbal communication skills

Post-secondary education in a related field (preferred)

Manufacturing experience (preferred)

Reliable, trustworthy, and eager to learn

Ability to generate new ideas and work collaboratively

Computer literacy with adaptability to various programs

Proficiency in measurement equipment (e.g., calipers, micrometers)

Understanding of SPC and ISO fundamentals

Strong math skills
