**Job Title: Machine Repair Technician - $37/hr!** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machine Repair Technician with strong experience in both electrical and mechanical systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery and equipment. This role requires a blend of electrical and mechanical expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. **Responsibilities** + Perform repairs, modifications, and preventative maintenance on equipment, fixtures, and systems. + Troubleshoot from wiring diagrams and blueprints. + Handle industrial electricity including 480v, 3 phase, installing conduit, and outlets. + Troubleshoot electrical mechanical motor controls and hydraulic circuits. + Maintain and repair mechanical drive systems such as gears, sprockets, chains, belts, bearings, and rollers. + Utilize general fabrication skills including welding, torching, machining, piping, and threading. + Assist in advanced levels of troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair throughout the plant. + Keep accurate preventative maintenance records. + Provide support in the daily maintenance of automated equipment. + Perform work based on dispatched service or daily/weekly work schedules. **Essential Skills** + 5 years of experience in a similar role. + Automotive or plastics manufacturing experience. + Journeyman's card or an associate's degree/certification in a related field. + General electric knowledge (480v, 3 phase, installing conduit, and outlets). + Experience troubleshooting circuits, motors, and wiring diagrams. + Experience with hydraulic circuits and mechanical drive systems. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with preventive maintenance, pneumatics, hydraulics, presses, and injection molding machines. + Proficiency in using hand tools and reading blueprints. + Capability to troubleshoot and repair conveyors. **Why Work Here?** This position offers a supportive work environment with company-provided uniforms and a tool allowance. Due to high demand, the team is also working on Saturdays. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Oregon, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $74880.00 - $77209.00/yr. This is a union company. Company provides uniforms and tool allowance.
