What You'll Do as a Machine Operator or Pallet Assembler:

Work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Gathers materials for work orders.Machine Operators complete pre-shift inspection checklist, set up, operate, feed, maintain, adjust, troubleshoot equipment, and verify products meet quality standards.Pallet Assemblers, assemble wooden pallets using hand tools and nail guns, inspect for quality, stack, and prepare finished products, all while prioritizing safety.

Work Experience

The Preferred Candidate Might:

Have prior manufacturing experience or have none; you'll be trained either way!Be a team player and goal-orientedBe able to use and apply basic math skillsBe experienced with using basic hand tools and nail guns Know how to read a tape measureNeed ability to work in a labor-intensive environment, both indoors and outdoors, for Assembler roles.
