Job Description:
Location: Manchester, New Hampshire
CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Machine Operators in the Manchester, NH area!
Responsibilities:
– High School Diploma and/or GED required.
– Demonstrated ability to work within a team, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Ability to read, comprehends, follows, and recommend improvements to working instructions and procedures.
– Basic computer literacy.
Desired Background/Skills:
– Ability to obtain certification in a minimum of HTH Operator level 1 within the time frame specified on each training checklist.
– Maintain a clean, safe, and organized department.
– Perform basic troubleshooting of extrusion machinery and plastics processes.
– Comply and understand all standard operating procedures, control plans, safety, and environmental procedures.
– Maintain accuracy in production reporting, downtime, sampling, and data entry.
– Read and interpret the Discrete Job Routing Sheet and Repetitive(s).
– Complete necessary computer transactions or paperwork.
– Maintain established production standards.
– Accountable for personal goals and departmental metrics.
