Miller Brother Staffing is looking for machine operators for a company based in the Western Crawford County area. 

Position: Machine Operators
Shift: Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm
Pay Rate: $13.75 + $1.00 =$14.75
Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11pm-7am
Pay Rate $13.50 + .75 =$14.50

Responsibilities will include:

Operating CNC machines and saws Basic math skills, including decimals and ability to convert between inches and metric measurements. Algebra and geometry a plus Loading of material and setting up  Maintaining quality assurance procedures and processes, performing quality audits Maintaining equipment and supplies Maintaining specifications by observing machining operations, detecting malfunctions, troubleshooting processes; adjusting and reprogramming controls, replacing worn tools Maintaining safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and housekeeping Maintain equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, following manufacturer’s instructions, and troubleshooting malfunctions Proven track record of reliability, dependability, maturity, attention to detail and ability to learn is key as we will be providing comprehensive training on CNC machining.
