In this role, you will assemble, inspect, and operate machinery to ensure our products meet the highest quality standards for our customers. **Role Overview:**
As a **Machine Operator** , you will be an integral part of our manufacturing process, ensuring that products are assembled and tested to meet safety and quality standards. Your focus will be on operating various machines in the cell, setting up and monitoring production, and contributing to continuous improvements across safety, production, and quality.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Operate Equipment** : Work with machines such as the 1500 Ton rolling mill, Grob saws, Vertical and Horizontal bandsaws, and more.
+ **Continuous Improvement** : Participate in activities aimed at improving safety, quality, and production.
+ **Support Honeywell Operating System** : Contribute to our system for optimized and efficient operations.
+ **Work Area Maintenance** : Ensure cleanliness and safety within your work area for smooth operations.
+ **Safety Compliance** : Follow all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
+ **Production Data Recording** : Record production data and report relevant metrics.
+ **Troubleshooting** : Identify issues and troubleshoot problems to keep production on track.
+ **Equipment Set-up** : Set up and change over equipment as required for different production needs.
**Must-Have Qualifications:**
+ **High School Diploma** or equivalent.
+ Ability to **lift up to 35 lbs.** and perform tasks safely and efficiently.
+ **Basic mathematics skills** for offset adjustments.
+ **Ability to read calipers and blueprints** to ensure product accuracy.
+ **Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity** to operate machinery effectively.
+ **Strong communication skills** to work with team members and report on production progress.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ **Production experience** (highly desired, but will train the right candidate).
+ Ability to **troubleshoot** and identify key details during production processes.
+ **Creative thinking** to help generate ideas for continuous improvement.
+ Ability to **work both independently and as part of a team** to meet production goals.

**Pay Details:** $19.00 per hour
