Machine Operator
**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** As a Machine Operator, you will work on the production floor, operating machines and deburring parts. You will work off work orders and document all findings. You will handle rotational molds, including Nylon and polyethylene, and build to print parts ranging in sizes from 3” and up to 10 lbs. This role requires physical effort as some tooling might take a bit of effort to remove from the mold. **Responsibilities** + Operate production machines and deburr parts. + Work off work orders and accurately document findings. + Handle rotational molds, including Nylon and polyethylene. + Build parts to print specifications, ranging from 3” and up to 10 lbs. + Perform physical tasks including the removal of tooling from molds. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of machine operation experience. + Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English. + Experience with hand tools, mechanical assembly, and machine operation. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Knowledge of trimming and machine operating. + Must comply with ITAR regulations. **Work Environment** Work in a clean, climate-controlled facility with casual dress code. The first shift operates from 7am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday. The company prides itself on being family-owned, ensuring you are more than just a number. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
