Our client, a leading flexible packaging manufacturer, is looking for a Slitter Operator to join their team in Bristol, PA. This role involves operating slitting machinery efficiently and ensuring product quality according to company and customer specifications.

**This is a Contract-to-Hire opportunity **

Key Responsibilities:

Operate the slitter machine safely and efficiently to meet production goals.Load and unload rolls onto the slitter.Perform quality checks, including measuring slit web lay-flat, print quality, and roll integrity.Cut out defects and splice good material together.Palletize finished goods per customer specifications and apply accurate labels.Maintain a clean and safe work environment.Follow all company standard operating procedures (SOPs), including safety and quality guidelines.Enter accurate production data into the system.Work in compliance with SQF, GMP, and SGP regulations.

Requirements:

Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math.Basic computer and data entry skills.Strong organizational and communication skills.Experience using hand tools (e.g., Allen wrenches, cutting tools).Ability to work well in a team and adapt to changing work environments.Pushing/pulling up to 100 lbs. occasionally.Exposure to solvent fumes, ink, and adhesives used in manufacturing.Work in a non-air-conditioned environment with varying temperatures.Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) required, including steel-toe boots, gloves, hearing protection, and safety glasses.

Pay & Schedule:

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00Schedule: 3rd Shift | 7 PM - 7 AM | 2-2-3 schedule
