Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Plant City

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday)

Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour



Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our high-production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to cut and fabricate metal components. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate press brake machines to bend, cut, and fabricate metal parts according to specifications.Set up and adjust CNC machines for production runs.Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet specifications.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience operating press brake and CNC machines.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.Strong attention to detail and precision.Ability to work in a high-production environment.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
