Are you ready to step into a dynamic role where your skills as a machine operator can shine? We’re looking for a Flex Operator to join our fun and fast-paced team in Kernersville, NC! We want to hear from you if you have 2-3 years of experience and a passion for quality!

What’s in it for you? Pay: $19.25/hr Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 6 PM to 6 AM Training: 3-4 months on the day shift to get you up to speed 6 AM to 6 PM Benefits: We offer medical, dental, vision, 401k, and an unlimited referral bonus! Your Day-to-Day Duties: Work safely and efficiently at all times. Load rolls for coating and lamination. Set up machines according to process specifications and keep hot cans clean. Document any issues with fabric quality. Maintain accurate records with computer transactions. Keep your workspace tidy and organized. Inspect fabric for quality and report any defects. Get cross-trained in other areas to keep things interesting!
What We’re Looking For: Experience in machine operation (2-3 years required, lamination experience is a plus!) Ability to stand for long periods, walk frequently, and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. A proactive attitude and a commitment to quality.
